2. Do you have LM 79 and LM 80 reports for your lights?
CROWNDALED has LM 79 data for most of the high wattage lights that it offers. All of these reports are independently verified at the labs of independent testing company. All of the LEDs that we use have extensive LM 80 data that is verified independently. We furnish this data to all of our customers.
3. What is the most common reason LEDs fail?
Heat. Heat is the enemy of electronics, the hotter it is, the shorter lifespan the light. However, with good design, you can
create a light or fixture that can withstand some high heat environments. Typically a fixture or bulb with an external driver will last longer than an integrated fixture that has the LEDs and driver as one unit.
4. What component of the LED system is typically the first to fail?
Almost always, it is the driver. That is why it is important to know who makes the driver in the LED fixture or retrofit kits you
purchase. Typically a good driver should last more than 50,000 hours.

L70 is the amount of time it takes for a light to degrade to 70% of initial lumen output.
6. What is important in regards to color consistency?
To make the color more consistent, we use the exact same bin for all the lights in a single project. CROWNDALED will finer tune the binning that the LED manufacturer has performed. We have strong relationship with CREE/OSRAM/Philips and other LED chip suppliers, and can fine-tune the final color output. In most instances, we have guaranteed a color matching of less than 25 degrees Kelvin.
7. What are the advantages of dimming LEDs?
* Saves energy, because less energy is used for reduced output levels.

The typical range is as low as 17,000 lumens and as high as 23,000 lumens. Specific Photo-metrics plays a major part in
determining how much you need, spacing, and reflectivity of the environment. In general, 150W LED Linear highbay or UFO highbay can replace 400W Metal Halide High Bay.

12. How to ship your order?
We usually ship small order by air. There are many international couriers for your option, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and China
EMS. If you already have account with DHL, UPS or other couriers, you can advise us in advance and then we can send the goods
under your account.
We usually ship large orders by sea. In general, the ocean shipment will spend more days than by air. So the shipping way is subject to your demand in advance. And customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the forwarder. In case of any additional documentation, CROWNDALED will assist the forwarder with it as much as possible.
13. How to track your order during shipment?
For small order shipped by international courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS), CROWNDALED will send you tracking No. after samples went out, you can check the order status on courier’s website. For Large orders shipped by sea, you can check with your shipping agent.

15. How to pay CROWNDALED?
For small order (less than US$1000) or sample order, please pay us via Western Union. Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
For large orders, we would like to recommend T/T; We usually collect 40% of total amount as deposit, and collect the balance before shipment. Please send us the copy of remittance slip once the payment is done, so we can check with our bank and confirm to you once the payment arrive CROWNDALED account.
All damage and missing items must be reported to CROWNDALED within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise no claims will be approved. Please inspect all packages prior to signing for them. If any damage is visible, please refuse the package then the package will be back to us, we will prepare new products for you.
17. What if my product is defective?
Contact our sales team within 2 days of receiving the item and let them know of your troubles. They’ll start the claim process and get your replacement shipped out within the next 1-2 business days, so long as that item’s in stock. And you’ll be asked to send it back, so we can figure out what the heck went wrong.
